Recipients of a food and utility subsidy program in Chelsea, Massachusetts, will receive their final payment from the program next month. These payments will range from $200 to $400 and will be given to 738 selected households on May 15. The funds from this program, called the Chelsea Eats program, are meant to subsidize food and utility costs. A Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the funds would be loaded on recipients' debit cards, which were issued in early March. Load Error The amount issued depends on how many people are in the household.
