In just two days, recipients of a food and utility subsidy program in Chelsea, Massachusetts, will receive their next payment. These payments will range from $200 to $400 and will be given to 738 selected households on Saturday. The funds from this program, called the Chelsea Eats program, are meant to subsidize food and utility bill payments. A Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the funds would be loaded on recipients' debit cards, which were issued in early March.
