Residents of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who are receiving from a food and utility subsidy program will receive their final payment from the program in 19 days. These payments, ranging from $200 to $400 in value, go to 738 selected households on May 15. The funds, disbursed through the Chelsea Eats program, are meant to subsidize food and utility costs. A Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the funds would be loaded into recipients' debit cards, which were issued in early March.
