Residents of Chelsea, Massachusetts, who are receiving money from a food and utility subsidy program will receive their final payment in just 17 days. The payments, ranging from $200 to $400, will go to 738 households on May 15. The funds, disbursed through the Chelsea Eats program, are meant to subsidize food and utility costs. A Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the money is loaded on recipients' debit cards, which were issued in early March. The amount issued to recipients depends on how many people are in their household.
