Recipients of a food and utility subsidy program in Chelsea, Massachusetts, will receive their final payment, worth up to $400, in four days. The final payments range from $200 to $400 and will be given to 738 selected households on Monday, May 15. The funds are meant to subsidize food and utility bill payments. A Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the funds will be loaded onto recipients' debit cards, which were issued in March. The amount issued depends on how many people are in the household.
