Chelsea Eats program recipients in Chelsea, Massachusetts, are set to receive the second payment of up to $400 in 19 days. A total of 738 households will receive payments ranging from $200 to $400 from the program on April 15. The payments aim to help Massachusetts residents purchase food and pay their utility bills. The city distributed debit cards to recipients in early March, which is how recipients will receive the April payment, a Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner. Next month's payment will mark the second of three total payments for this program.
