NBC Universal, Inc. A 23-year-old man was killed in a shooting late Sunday night in Chelsea, Massachusetts, authorities said. The Chelsea Police Department responded Sunday night to a report of shots fired at Congress Avenue and Shurtleff Street around 10:23 p.m., the Suffolk District Attorney's Office said. A 23-year-old male victim was found lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken by ambulance to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, where he was pronounced dead.
