Man accused of killing girlfriend in Chelsea, Massachusetts, when she tried to leave him arraigned on murder charge A Massachusetts man accused of stabbing his girlfriend several times when she tried to break off the relationship returned to court Tuesday.Angel T. Alvarez, 65, of North Dartmouth, is charged with murder in the May 8 death of 59-year-old Margarita Morehead, who was stabbed inside her Lafayette Avenue residence.Morehead's family had pictures of her on shirts and buttons and cried as they heard the allegations against Alvarez as he was arraigned Tuesday on one count of first-degree murder and one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
