In just under two weeks, residents of Chelsea, Massachusetts, will receive their final payment from a food and utility subsidy program. The payments, ranging from $200 to $400, will go to 738 households on May 15. The funds disbursed through the Chelsea Eats program are meant to subsidize food and utility costs. A Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the money is loaded onto debit cards, which were issued to recipients in early March. The amount issued to recipients depends on how many people are in their household.
