Recipients of a food and utility subsidy program in Chelsea, Massachusetts, will receive their final payment from the program in just over three weeks. These payments, ranging from $200 to $400 in value, go to 738 selected households on May 15. The funds from this initiative, called the Chelsea Eats program, are meant to subsidize food and utility costs. A Chelsea city spokesperson told the Washington Examiner that the funds are loaded on recipients' debit cards, which were issued in early March.
